Payment & Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to their appointment time. If client cancels or reschedules within the 48 hour period prior to appointment, a cancellation fee of 35% per service will be charged.
If a client does not show up to their appointment for any reason, a cancellation fee will be charged.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel via booking site. Contacting me within 48 hours of your appointment is appreciated, but does not exclude you from policy. Clients can not transfer their deposit to another appointment within 48 hours of their appointment, it will be considered a cancellation and a new appointment must be booked, any applicable deposits will need to be paid at time of booking.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED- All major credit cards, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
